Mommas - Kiruna

We didn’t stay here but came in to ask for directions and asked if we can sit inside while we wait for our bus. The 2 ladies and gentleman at reception were extremely kind and even offered us coffee on the house. It’s not often that you come across such kind people and amazing service so we were very grateful!

Didn't stay here but since the lockers at the train station are tiny I had to bring my suitcase and big backpack downtown with me. I asked at the hotel if there was any way I could leave it in their luggage room and the lady at the reception desk was soooo friendly about it! It wasn't a problem at all, I was gonna pay for it but it was free!! When I returned two hours later to get away from the cold I got to sit there, got coffee and an apple on the house! This hotel didn't make any money on me but still, the service was amazing

Beautiful new and stylish hotel. Room was comfortable and nice. The bed was great: the best mattress in my life Breakfast is very good. Beautiful Sky Bar at sunset. My highest recommended for this hotel.

Hotel building I brand new, design is super modern and u can recognize it from far. Restaurant and breakfast are amazing. Only the parking place needs some improvement. Rooftop bar is a MUST to visit, good drinks and super view from there.

A nice enough hotel with friendly staff, spacious and inviting rooms, BUT, something about it feels very underwhelming. The beds could have offered a great night's sleep, but sound insulation was terrible, meaning that neighbouring guests kept us up well into the early hours of morning. The restaurant, well designed, neat and orderly, could have offered a pleasant experience, but breakfast was absolutely dreadful. All of the hot items were ice cold, even though we arrived rather early, the coffee was outright bad, there were three painfully boring types of cheese, and no local items of any kind (in contrast to many other Scandic hotels elsewhere in Sweden). For dinner, they offered a buffet that looked spectacularly underwhelming, no á la carte options, and again no local items on the menu whatsoever. It looked promising, but left us very disappointed, and it's a shame that a hotel like this, which will no doubt be hosting a lot of travellers from far away, is so strikingly un-local.
