Buffalo Wild Wings - Kissimmee

Regret going there. The food was ok, it wasn't great but it wasn't completely bad. I went on a Wednesday night, and apparently, they were under staff. The host at the door was pleasant, but unfortunately, my waiter did not have the same level of customer service. They sat me down on a table that was still dirty and sticky. When I asked to be clean, he threw a wet towel and told me to do it myself. When ordering, he gave me attitude as if we were an inconvenience to him for being there. My family wanted to just leave after he was so rude, but since we waited over 30 minutes to be seated, we decided to stay. This was by far the worst BWW I've been to. Thank God I was just in town for a few days, but I would not come back to this location when I'm in Orlando again.

My wife and me popped in and really enjoyed ourselves. Welcoming staff, food was good and enjoyed watching the Home run derby on the big screen. Was very casual and laid back after a long day. Will defo visit again when we go back to america

I encountered a rude young lady at the counter who had a disrespectful attitude. The to-go system was poorly managed, considering the high tourist traffic in Orlando. It is important for those in the service industry to learn how to communicate respectfully with customers. I shared a photo with management of the employee with the negative attitude, who I believe was named Desiree. It is crucial for her to leave her bad attitude at the door.

We went in with a party of 8 at 7:30. She took our drinks and appetizer orders right away. Then we sat till 8:05. She said they are backed up in the kitchen and we asked if we could order our dinners now. The appetizers came out at like 8:15 and our dinners at 9:10. We sat for 1:45 minutes before we got our food! It wasn’t even half busy inside. The server was fine but kitchen was slow.

Stopped in for some wings. They were really great. The beers were very cold and the server did a good job keeping up. It wasn't crowded but there were not a lot of workers. It took a while to get seated which is really the only thing I would gripe about and it wasn't that big of a deal.
