Feedback gevenYou can't really go wrong at Dennys. Our server was very polite and eager to serve. Our food came out hot and cooked to order. There wasn't a wait in line and and she kept out drinks topped off. She kept check up on us and made sure we were satisfied. The restaurant was very clean as were the restrooms. I would highly recommend this location.
I regret it from the moment I stepped in. Should of left as soon as the disgusting dirty dish towel smell hit me….seeing the wait … and seeing all the trash on the floor. It’s been 2 hrs of sitting and waiting on the food n drinks. Food finally came as we were about to walk out. Plate n cups were disgusting. Sausage looked like it was sitting out for days. I’m pregnant and it was a hazard to eat here.
Dropped the kiddos at Epcot and headed back for breakfast. We don't normally eat breakfast out, but this week it kinda works out that way. We choose a different place everyday. Today it was Denny's. After looking at the menu we chose the grand slam slugger. It came with two pancakes, two eggs, hash browns (shredded), bacon and sausage (2 large glass of juice and bottomless coffee. All this for 9.99. You didn't leave hungry. By far the best deal and the only one that included coffee and juice. Very well cooked and delicious. Covid protocol was in place and employees wore masks. They were busy and we were patient. Our waitress Jeri was very attentive to our needs and kept the coffee coming. Great place to chill out for breakfast.
It’s sad that I’d have to give Denny’s a 2.5 stars but I have to! The food was delicious, of course it’s Denny’s but the service was awful! And there’s nothing worse than bad service. The waitress insulted my niece and didn’t apologize (she just brushed it off), then she got her order wrong and when my niece tried to explain it she got testy and insisted that my niece ordered wrong. When she confirmed the order and found that she was wrong she never once apologized. And I’m sorry … a sincere apology is better than no apology. When that ordeal finally concluded we asked for more coffee, please and thank you. Well needless to say the coffee came after we had finished breakfast and were ready to literally pay the bill. (Which is the second time that happens to me this week so maybe the universe is trying to tell me I drink way too much coffee ?, point dully noted Overall though, I’m disappointed with this experience. We were so looking forward to going to eat breakfast at one of our favorite spots and this is what happens. Well I just hope you have a better experience and way better service. Because in the end every experience is about making memories and well this one will definitely go in the books as a “been there done that…”. Again, I trust your experience is better. #enjoy
I went all day and came to Orlando very late. We decided to try Denny because it was near our hotel and we never ate there. Our waiter, Nate, was phenomenal. Very upbeat and really made our night after a long day of travel and the food was also delicious! We work at Disney and Nate made our night a great one.
