El Borrego - Kissimmee

The TACOS BIRRIA DE RES were quite enjoyable. However, I found the consomé a bit salty for my liking, though others might appreciate it more. The CHURROS were small but had a lovely balance. They were sugary without being overly sweet, crispy on the outside yet still soft on the inside.

The Birria Quesadilla was just average and didn't have much flavor. It might be better if you dine in at the restaurant. The corn also lacked taste, and it's easy to make street corn less appealing.

The broth doesnt have a very good taste but the quesadilla was stuffed and tasted good

This is honestly one of the best (if not the best) Quesabirria I've ever tasted. The birria sauce was incredible, and the meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I gave it 4 stars because I felt the portions were a bit small for the price. Other than that, the food was delicious!

Tacos were amazing, had the carne asada and the chicken. Corn was great too.
