Forte At Reunion Resort - Kissimmee

I recently traveled to Orlando for a business trip and stayed at the Reunion Resort, which is a stunning property! We enjoyed a lovely view of the golf course from our balcony. Our unit featured two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining area, and a washer and dryer. I’m giving it four stars because, unfortunately, the washer and dryer were not functioning, and the parking situation at the main building where you check in is quite frustrating. Given the high volume of traffic in that area, it would be beneficial to have more parking available.

I planned a golf trip with friends for MLK weekend in early November, which included three rounds of golf. When I tried to schedule tee times, I was informed that we could only book them 30 days in advance. However, when I called exactly 30 days before our trip, all the tee times were fully booked. I expressed my frustration, pointing out that I had purchased a package for three rounds of golf, and now we couldn't play? I couldn't believe how poorly they treated customers. They eventually issued a refund, and I found an excellent stay at Omni Champions Gate instead.

Stayed as guest of Wyndham Owner. The resort is enormous and the bed rooms are good size. Not too excited about location of our villa. We stayed on Sunset view located directly to the right of the main entrance but far from registration center. Curious to know if either Wyndham is allocated this area of villas or if it is that guest of owners are given lesser accommodations or accommodations that are less convenient. Again unit was spacious, clean and comfortable for our party of 5. You will need a car or to rent a cart for $95 a day. The map for resort needs better graphics to capture the details and locations of amenities. Some of the pools were hard to find. We stayed on sunset view circle in building M and were told that a pool was nearby between buildings O P but there was not. We went to registration and they again confirmed location of this nearby imaginary pool that we never found. After an hour driving to find pool we call to Wyndham and the pool is now located on sandy ridge which is about 5 minutes away by car and impossible to walk to from our room. About a 20 minute drive to most attractions and i-drive area. Not close enough for us but great option for large families and if planning stay on property as there are many accommodations. A system glitch had our check out date incorrect was scheduled to leave on 4/11 not 4/10. An result of this error at 8:56am we were startled and awoken by our door being rang at least 4 times by a staff member who said we were scheduled for check out that day. Check out is at 10am so it makes no sense that you would be at a guest door that early. A courtesy phone call is standard. Pretty upsetting then our key cards needed to be reactivated due to glitch. We had to go back to registration center which is some distance from building we stayed in, it was Wyndham's error why not bring the keys to guest the same way they came to inquire about our checkout. On top of that, they staff member or housekeeping left the (3) containers with linens for changeover at our door until the following day, very tacky. On the bright side Jose Mendez saved the day !!! He provided excellent customer service and was apologetic about our experience. Gate Entrance security demonstrated great service as well Not to say that I wouldn't stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice based on location and distance to prime areas in Orlando. Jose was awesome when we arrived. He gave us a map to the resort, went over all the amenities thats available, provided us with all the local theme parks, maps and the best rides to experience while there. His customer service really gave us the perfect start to our vacation.

We stayed at the Wyndham resort timeshare area near the water park. The rooms where three bedrooms three bath and plenty of space for the family. The rooms were nice but need renovation, we found the ceiling had damage and the windows were chipping away almost like it had water Damage. I found screws and a drill bits by the living room TV. Everything else was clean and nice. The water park is wristband only and no food or drinks are permitted. The water park had plenty of seating and shade and you get one towel per wristband. The poolside bar was fantastic with great bartenders and decent prices. You are actually allowed to bring drinks inside the pool which was a first for us and not a great idea. You will find many cups floating and cans sitting on the side of the pool. As for the pool/lazy river the water was not too warm or cold and never felt too crowded. The water slide is fun but a little rough on your back. The big issues with the pool is the maintenance it needs. The rock area is coming up and the pool floor needs resurfacing bad. The floor is coming up and leaving sharp spots. As for the jets on the side of the pool some are missing covers and caught my back many many times. Please refurbish the pool!!!! The slide attendant needs to watch kids going down instead of being on their phone. The kids area is a nice splash area but needs TLC also with my broken features and sand in the middle that has not been vacuumed or brush and is actually green. This resort would of got 5 stars but needs some TLC.

****! So I just came to say... Stay far away from booking here through VRBO!!! I'm not here to slander the resort as a whole because I'm almost certain I would've received a more welcoming vacation stay upon my visit if i didn't book through a third part service. Listen, I vacation a lot and I have never in my life dealt with anything like this. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a filthy and I mean FLITHY place. After flying all the way out here, I'm exhausted, ready to take a shower and a nap and just relax but how can I do that in someone else's mess?! The place was not cleaned at all!!! I can't even believe this right now. Plus to make matters worse, it's a pandemic--So I have no idea who was in here prior but the place wasn't disinfected or anything. I want a FULL refund and somewhere else to lay my head because this is just straight up trifling!
