Papa Johns Pizza - Kissimmee

I tried to call this place to command one, and they're up. 3 times! they're staying away from this crooked franchise.

I messed up my order some how, due to a address mix up but the manager of this store was awesome she didn't get upset with me over this mix up I gave the pizza back to let me tell you an amazing delivery guy him and the manager fixed my order brought me and new pizza and everything was perfect thank you so much for fixing my mistake and making my experience wonderful!

They messed up my order, I drive all the way back after sitting on hold for 10 minutes. They shrug it off and add my correct order to the make line (not to the front because I should’ve been done and out the door already) and I wait another 25 minutes and didn’t even get the original refunded. The manager with the purple hair was cussing and using her personal cellphone the whole time. The young guy in the green polo was the only one working and he genuinely tried to get everything done but he’s just one person. Also everyone kept touching the register and then going back to making pizza without putting on gloves or hand washing. Not wasting my time here ever again.

Dibble charged for a o e topping g large pizza, .menue price 19$ my bill 46$ , I was told to call back in 4 or 5 days for Sam the mgr.....wow

By far the worst pizza delivery experience we've ever had. It took them over an hour and 20 minutes to finally deliver our pizza without any of the sauce or plates that we requested. The guy showed up to the door and basically just said here you go and turn around and walked away. We left a tip because we ordered it on the app but I would without a doubt what a complete refund if I could get it. The pizza was cold and it sucked. And after a long day of walking around Disney World sometimes you just wanna relax and get something simple and pizza's kind of that universal thing. But I would highly recommend no one ever order anything from this Papa John's so it will go out of business and stop giving crappy service. And maybe this Papa John's Corporation can either fix their store or close this franchise whatever it is.
