Feedback gevenAlways fast and reliable service and taste. They accidently gave my order away to someone else named Chris, so they remade it, added cheese sticks, and the manager gave it all to me for free. It was almost a $50 order. Def left a good impression and we have gone back many times since.
They've only messed up my order like 4/5 visits, but they always make up for it. Just an FYI if you receive a voucher for say, $25, they required that you use it all at one time, the remaining balance is not carried over. Just keep that in mind! Everyone that works there is super nice and they do a good job.
They always make the pizza great. If we order extra sauce on the pizza, you can bet you'll get it. This location is the best in the area, because the employees really care. Thank you.
The driver was awesome but my order was incorrect. No jalepanos. No answer at the store either. The phone didn't ring. Just got hung up on repeatedly. But I know they are super busy right now so I can't be mad. Also wanted to order my free birthday side/dessert but I added my birthday the same time I ordered so it wouldn't allow me to order. Overall very happy
I ordered two pizzas and some wings, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The first order was wrong; the wings came plain instead of with garlic parmesan, which I had specifically requested. Additionally, both pizzas, which were supposed to have garlic butter crust, arrived without any flavored crust. I called the store to report the issue, and they assured me a corrected order would be sent after an extra wait of 63 minutes. However, the same mistakes happened again: the wings were still plain, and the pizzas lacked the garlic butter crust. I had two chances to get this right, and both times the order was incorrect and unsatisfactory. After not eating at Pizza Hut for eight years, it's clear why I stayed away for so long. I even documented the incorrect orders with photos!
