Red Lobster - Kissimmee

Service was good. no waiting time today. server very polite. has appetizers, always the mozzarella sticks a filled mushroom.

The dining experience was really disappointing. The salmon, fish and chips, mac and cheese, rice, and potatoes were all lackluster. The only standout items were the lobster bisque and the cheddar biscuits.

The dining experience was very unpleasant due to the cold temperature, poor customer service, unappetizing food, and dirty tables.

The lobsters were delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and nice. Hailey was a great server.

This Red Lobster was AMAZING! I called earlier the same day on a Saturday and the Manager at that location was able to accommodate 40 of us for a Bereavement! Her and her staff were outstanding! They were professional, friendly, pleasant, I cannot express how grateful I am for them accommodating us and going above and beyond with a large last minute reservation! I wish I had the right words to describe my experience at this Red Lobster! I hope corporate sees what I saw in all this employees and the great manager they have on board. Thank you so much!! Above 5 stars experience.
