Subway - Kissimmee

Great service, great food! I had the best subway sandwich ever!! The cashier was very nice, didn't get her name, medium long black hair with blond highlights in the back, tanned skin color, not sure whether Hispanic or black, 5 stars for her! Everything done and fulfilled

Burn the bread and did not sit the man on table singing, very distracting asked him to hold it, and he was rude and threatening, so went to management said it is not a library, but noticed, Lord wasn't even a customer, but I was forced to leave for my own peace

I visited this restaurant for lunch and ordered a 6-inch teriyaki sandwich. While I was working, I decided to eat, but then I discovered a hair in my sandwich. Upon opening it up, I found a total of four strands of hair. I'm pretty sure it came from the manager, as she wasn't wearing a hairnet or a hat while making the sandwiches. This place is incredibly unsanitary. In the photo, you can see one of the four strands. It made me feel instantly sick. I will never return there.

The older man at the counter is a true hero. He worked and moved faster than anyone half his age. It's impressive that he manages to handle the rush of customers on a Friday evening around 7 PM so efficiently. I want to applaud him and the sandwich heroes, but it's frustrating to see that the management is either understaffed or just isn’t proactive during peak hours. I give just 1 star for the poor management that clearly doesn’t understand how to effectively run a business or support its staff.
