TGI FRIDAYS - Kissimmee East

Meal was good, no issues with searing or service. Table next to us was very loud and part of issue was their table was very close to ours.

We reserved a table for 8 people in this restaurant. they claimed they did not know about the reservation because of a stolen ipad. it meant that we had to wait for half one to get a table that was strange as there were many free tables. they would think someone from the employees could have checked the reservations on another computer, but I guess that was too much of an annoying. personal didn't seem happy to be there anyway. that was as expected for a tgi so I was fine.

We have booked over open table to say when we arrived that it was pointless, as they could not see any bookings, as their ipad had visited a completely wasted month ago and the use of open table had been stolen, as we then wait a 45 min dont book a table as they tell them that it is not important

These TGI Fridays do not honor open table reservations. they told us 25 minutes, although most of the restaurant tables were empty. they gave out the same lame stolen ipad that I mentioned months ago. when we expressed our openness to accept this situation, the few other customers in the building expressed their unfortunateness as long as they had waited and other elements of the service. we have a nice family dinner in pizzeria uno on the road.

This tgifridays is the worst I ever had. they would not allow us to use our reservation, customer service was terrible. don't go to this. go to the buena vista, it is worth it.
