Feedback gevenJust went to this twistee treat and I?ve always loved going, but tonight the employees had attitudes and were very rude. I had a large order and asked for cup holders and lids for all ice creams and made sure to tell them ahead of time and they still have it to me with no lids and one by one with no cup holders so I asked again, they ignored me, I asked again then they gave me a cup holder and they gave me lids that were too big for the cups I ordered, I tried getting their attention again but the guy who was giving me my order kept being rude and closing the window right away and walking away. They were all in bad moods and had attitude like they didn?t want to work. Not going here again.
Service could have been better, the cashier was too busy talking with her co-worker instead of taking our order. How ironic the conversation was talking about customer reviews....lol
Cute place to get ice cream! Some seats, friendly service, good variety of soft serve ice cream and toppings, reasonable prices. Shake was a bit liquidy, and there were no vegan options.
It is the most delicious soft ice cream I have tried in my life, every time I visit Orlando I come to eat this ice cream, but the attention of the staff is usually terrible, they are in a bad mood and are unfriendly, they close the window as municipal employees. A good ice cream with a bad experience is useless.
1 November 2022: I don?t usually leave comments about a person, service, or company, but today?s interaction deserves some attention. I was on my way home and decided to stop at this location for one of my favorite treats. I pulled up to the drive through at 12:55pm (they open at 1:00pm). At 1:00pm, there was no one to greet me on the speaker, so after I said ?hello? a few times, I decided to drive up to the window. The employee opened the window and had the most disgusted look on her face apparently because I didn?t wait for her to take my order at the speaker. She was visibly irritated and had an attitude. I kept my conversation very short to none in order to stay professional. The employee was a older black female (I did not see a name tape) and appeared to be the only employee in the shop at that time. Here?s my issue, if the shop opens at 1:00pm, and my iPhone shows 1:00pm, and you don?t greet me or say anything to me, I?m going to pull up to the window to ascertain the status. Also, when you greet a customer, try doing it professionally and with a smile (always). I?ll continue to frequent Twistee Treat, but this employee either needs more customer service training or needs to be fired!
