Maintenance came twice to fix it. We had to go to Walmart and buy fans at our cost to cool the unit. They never offered to supplement our coat or lack or sleep due to a hit unit. If you stay here, request a new (building 20 or 21) unit, or you will have bad a/c and no professional assistance to help.
We were gifted this experience from watching a demo. Initially the customer service was not the best and when I reached out on here about the challenges I was having getting someone to honor my certificate, that is what helped. Perhaps my initial experience is not a usual. I will say the unit we got to stay in was not in the newer property we had toured, BUT it was nice and we had access to everything. I loved the full-size kitchens and amenities. Literally felt like home away from home. The kids loved the play area. We would definitely stay again. Even the older unit was still nice and well-furnished. The check-out and in process is very easy and flexible. We didn't have any complaints with our stay.
Our family has ended a week long stay in bldg 10. There are 22 bldg with the main to look the most modern. Upon a 2am checkin the process was a cluster took 45 mins. Very nice response and support from Larry. However the entire property does not have filtered water, no system, no vending. Also no housekeeping service only toiletries drop off upon request. For those expecting a vacation spa level experience this is not even close. Expect an apartment type unit, with apartment type amenities. Rooms were outdated, pillows were an issue for our necks the entire week and getting connected with the front office takes 10-15 mins for them to answer. The only positive takeaway from this experience was having the family together, the kitchen unit and bathroom was large (shower has no soap or shampoo) and unit was spacious however the unit was older (80s) and outdated.
Stayed here for a week for vacation with my son . 2 bedroom booking. The property was well kept. All the workers were friendly. We had A+B ! It comes equipped with dishes and everything you need to prepare meals. Even though we had our own . The washer and dryer is located in suite A . The pool is right outside your room . Each side had a balcony!! Good for just relaxing and reading a book. There are a couple of restaurants outside the resort . Some walking distance. There's is also a Publix grocery store . They do offer shuttle service to and from Publix twice a day . I loved everything about this home away from home . The only things to complain about is the water doesn't really get hot when taking a shower . My socks were black from walking on the floor. I would totally recommend this property to anyone.
We spent a lot of our downtime at the pools. There are several pools available, along with a nice hot tub that fits six people while maintaining our distance. Notably, no one wore masks by the pools. On weekdays in February, the area was spacious enough for everyone. The pool water was pleasantly warm, with several shallow areas designated for younger children. While we wore masks in the elevators and hallways, the majority of people did as well. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a reunion, easy to keep clean, and offers plenty of space for cooking and gathering without feeling cramped. Its central location provides numerous activities, many of which are within walking distance. Although there's a shuttle, it doesn't go to Orlando Airport, so we recommend taking an Uber for that trip.
