Twice The Deal Pizza -  Kitchener,

I recently ordered home delivery and, once again, they got my order wrong. I requested 1 pound of wings with honey garlic sauce, but what I received was just a bit over half a pound, according to the takeout container. Additionally, they had the sauce wrong yet again. This issue with the incorrect weight keeps happening, and the wrong sauce seems to occur about half the time. I've called in the past to express my concerns, but nothing ever seems to improve. I think it's time to start ordering my pizza from Domino's instead.

I order pizza all the time. When I get the chance to I like having anchovies on my pizza and since this place has them I’d figured I’d give them a try.I have never in my life had more disgusting pizza than the pizza from this twice the deal location. I know anchovies are salty but whatever they put on my pizza we’re NOT anchovies and they were absolutely revolting. LAYERS of thick brown salt caked onto the entire pizza and these giant pieces of what I assume were sardines because of how big and covered in scales they were. Totally ruined the entire pizza, it tasted and smelled HORRIBLE. I’ve used to love twice the deal but this location is the worst I’ve ever seen. My entire house reeks of old fish.

This place is fantastic! The two girls and the older gentleman make delicious pizzas, and I have no complaints. Some customers might come from a place of preference for toppings over the pizza itself, leading them to complain about the cooking. However, you can rest assured that both the price and the quality of the pizza are outstanding.

My only complaint is the wings. They taste great but you advertise 1lb of wings but my last 3 orders were not even close to that and I weighed them in the container. So wings container did not even weigh 1 lb. Do

I watched the lady count hundreds of coins and dropped a bunch picks up off ground while I waited for my pizza. She didn't wash her hands and grabs my pizza out when it's done the cooking. I asked her to wash them because she touched all that money while I waited and she looked irritated and goes to turn sink on and rinse with water and no soap goes back and cuts my pizza with water dripping off the hands still on my food. Took pizza home and threw it out. Was too grossed out of what they do when noone is there watching ?
