This place never disappointed. I'm going here all the time and they're always making my burgers perfect. great customer service. always fresh. Staff is friendly and inviting. They always accommodate my request for 1/2 iced tea 1/2 lemonade as my drink of choice which is nice of them. Facility itself is always clean. On my last visit there was no soap in any of the dispensers in the washroom which I had to leave the men’s and go into the family bathroom to get soap, no big deal there for me. Food is always fresh, tastes amazing and hasn’t disappointed me yet (I tend to experiment a lot with new menu items) overall I would recommend this location to anybody looking for good flavourful food compared to some other fast food brands where they serve up items that can sometimes be bland or not flavourful. Great job A&W Sportsworld. *If you haven’t already make sure you try the sweet potato fries with the chipotle aioli sauce. It’s unbelievable *

Showed up at 9pm, sign said open, but i waited at the drive through order station for 5 minutes and no one came. When I drove over to the window, I could not see anyone in the restaurant. As I started to pull away someone showed up and I drove back through the drive thru to put in my order. When it was placed and paid, I was asked to pull forward to wait .... I was the only one there and it took 12 minutes for my burger, fries, and a bottle of water.

Just ordered a burger at around 12 AM. Instructed them to put a Hashbrown instead of the beyond meat patty as I am a vegetarian and they have no other options. They send me a note and a half cooked weird smelling beyond meat patty don't know what to do with this. Staff and the service is awesome. Hope you find a career you are interested in and show some efforts there.

Awful customer service (employees don’t even have basic manners) and drive thru is a nightmare they’ll tell you to park and wait for your food, make you wait 15 mins and give you the wrong order.
