I also asked to substitute a bottle of water for the soda included in the meal deal, but was informed I would have to pay an extra $1.10 for that, even though I didn’t want the soda. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time, and there were three employees behind the counter along with a cash register in front. While it's understandable that restaurants can make mistakes, this experience was simply not acceptable.

They now have a TIP screen on the running gear so that they physically grab the machine and go through the tilt options. I have an FAST-FOOD tormenting. no waitress, no delivery, his journey through window! What do I tip the proposed 30% for the journey from deep frit to window!? I don't want you to have a love story.

However, when I got home, I found mayo on the sandwich. I tried calling multiple times to speak with a manager, but they stopped answering and hung up on me. I was particularly concerned about the mayo because I've had issues before. This will be my last visit to this restaurant; the employees don’t seem to understand what is being said to them, and the management is unresponsive. Additionally, the restaurant itself was quite dirty. I would advise staying away.

They warned us in the 90s that the new chicken-caged would lead their chicken-farms to tiny, unsatisfactory pieces. they were right. the prices have risen, the pieces have gone down. there is no reason that a thigh piece should be smaller than a wing. 1 to 1 to the top leg. unacceptable. look mary browns. their pieces are exemplary, tasty, juicy, worth the price.

I ordered online and picked up my food, but when I got home, it was all incredibly soggy, including the salad. I called to complain, and they said the best they could do was have me bring it back for some fresh food. This isn't fair; I shouldn't have to waste my gas to return it when the issue was their fault to begin with. Additionally, there was barely any meat on the chicken. I will never return to KFC again, specifically at the Highland Road location in Kitchener.
