McDonald's - Kitchener

I just waited in the drive thru for 25 mins waiting to be served and receive my food. For a solid 10 we didn't move at all and the staff took no action to speed up the process or apologize for the wait when we were finally served. This is not the first time I have had slow service at this location as the night shift is quite lacking but this is certainly the worst experience I have had. To top it all off they put the rind of the lettuce in my wrap which was a wonderful surprise to bite into...

Staff St Highland McDonalds always deliver well during the week. Love my Egg Mcmuffin in the morning. Coffee is the best

This establishment was very clean and well lite .The service counter was well staffed -everyone was friendly and competent .Our food was hot and prepared quickly despite it being rush hour

Had to ask twice for service.. and wait while they talked to each other about unrelated things.. The new system works if staff works... Go next door if you want service.. faster!

We love McDonald's breakfast!My wife and I can be pretty hard on some restaurants when we review them because we are expecting to get what we pay for. This is a McDonald's. What my wife and I expect is hot coffee (and theirs is delicious by the way), crisp hashbrowns, friendly service and quick drive-through delivery. This McDonald's delivers on all levels. I've been to some pretty dirty McDonald's with lousy staff and slow drive-through delivery but not here! This McDonald's is EXCELLENT!We can come to this McDonald's any time of the day and get smiled at! We prefer to do it at breakfast time, but we've been here at all hours. I've never been served cold fries and I've never had to wait long for my food.I highly recommend this McDonald's over all of the other Kitchener-Waterloo or Cambridge locations (I'm biased).
