McDonald's - Kitchener

I recently had a disappointing experience with McDonald's black coffee at the drive-thru. Twice in the last month, I have had the cup collapse and the lid fly off, resulting in hot coffee spilling all over my vehicle and burning me. This has happened at two different locations, including the one in Elmira. I have raised this issue with both McDonald's corporate and the restaurant itself, but their response was that nobody else has complained about this. They offered me a free meal, but what I really care about is the damage to my vehicles and the burns I have suffered. I have never had this issue with Tim Hortons, so I will stick to buying their coffee with sleeves. If you have had a similar experience, please contact McDonald's. It seems like their cups are of a cheaper quality compared to Tim Hortons. Thank you, Rob.

I purchased two Filet-O-Fish sandwiches on June 7th at 9:20pm. The patties were cold and hard, making them unfit for eating.

First review I’ve ever made. This McDonald’s is terrible. I live nearby so I’ve been a number of times. I really should go to another. They get an order right maybe 50% of the time. Just got a mcchicken when I ordered a habernero. Plus they put it together like they’re throwing patties from a mile away. Just terrible.

Drive through is pretty much all that's open these days. Always stop for coffee when I can. Using up my free coffee cards.

My wife in a single Big Mac meal with a medium fry and a bottle of water. I had a double Big Mac meal large fry Pop. I ordered for hamburgers with triple onion on each of them. They were for my work for the next day for lunch. When I got home to rewrap them they had taken the time to put the paper on saying double onion not triple would have been nice if they also took the time to at least put double or triple onion on them instead there was barely any. Totally not impressed with this chain this is happened at least twice before if you don't want to put extra onion on say so why put a piece of paper on making somebody believe that they're getting double or triple onion when in reality they're getting less than what normally goes on. Not impressed with this chain on Fairway Road I would not send family or friends or anybody that I like to this franchise to eat their other McDonald's in Kitchener and that's where I would send them anywhere but Fairway Road.
