Pepi's Pizza - Kitchener

Went there for one reason to pick up a sub called the munchie it's their super assorted. Pizza oven toasted with fresh mozzarella cheese grated and then topped off with fresh lettuce tomatoes onions and a sweet sauce that is their feature sauce that absolutely makes that sub different than anyone's sub available out there. The staff at times could be a little more friendly it's strictly a takeout place not an eat-in restaurant take out only or delivery. At times the staff could be a little more generous though with the lettuce that they put on the sub sometimes they've been a little chintzy on the lettuce and for me the lettuce in the sauce is what makes the sub if you're going to charge me $0.75 extra for a pinched full of lettuce then make damn sure you put that extra lettuce on the the sub to begin with. Nothing is more maddening than when you pay for something extra and get less then what's normally comes on the sub to begin with and the reason I say that is because I've been eating there for well over 40 years and eating that sub so I know how the sub is made and what is put on it normally don't try to fool an old loyal customer that knows better. Still overall a great a great sub. If I have a complaint it would be to learn a little better customer relations when dealing and talking to customers.

The pizza arrived pretty quickly and was pretty good. The only real issue I had was that the girl on the phone seemed annoyed that I wanted to place an order. Pretty rude. The delivery person was nice though.

Just recently we tried ordering from this location, the employee that answered was rude on the phone. We have ordered specifically from this location before for delivery to Breslau, however this time they simply said we don't deliver there and said call water st location and then hung up immediately. I don't understand why the necessity to be rude and why they do not deliver to Breslau when they are closer than the Water St location. Very disappointed never been so turned off by Pepi's service.

Pepi's Pizza is one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted. It is now the pizza that we measure all other pizzas by. My only negative is that it's pricey, but I guess you have to pay for quality. Taste the difference for yourself.

Not the best pizza I've ever had, but an acceptable option over the chain excuses for a pizza. Directly across the road from the Best Western Plus, the are only open until 9 pm weeknights (we got hungry at 9:30), but the offer delivery from their Water St location (only $3). Pizza was hot, fairly tasty, and delivered in under the quoted 45 minute window quoted. Would eat there again.
