Tim Hortons - Kitchener

Again, another efficient Time Hortons! Looks like the festive choices are available again TIP- if you order a large vs medium tea, you get the option of 2 tea bags because of the size. Choosing to take the bag ‘on the side’ means you can have another tea at another time, or make the one you order stronger. #you’rewelcome #kwawesome

First time I went to Tim Hortons for something other than donuts (haven't been north for a while). Stopped for lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the selections available. I was even able to get a breakfast sandwich in the afternoon.

I don't understand why it is so hard to listen to the customer and fulfill orders correctly. I had to return twice because the staff kept forgetting parts of my order. There are 15 people behind the counter and always such a waste of time...it is not that hard to take note, repeat the order to make sure it is correct...too many hands in the pot, no wonder it constantly gets messed up. My order is still screwed up they can't even cut the bagels, but I no longer have the energy to deal with incompetent people. DO BETTER, FIGURE IT OUT!!!

This Tim's is at a convenient location for me so I stop everyday after work. It's newly renovated and looks nice and clean inside. The drive through can be hit or miss for speed. The usual lady at the drive though window (around 3pm) is fast however she always hands thing out to you before your ready and with both hands full. The past few weeks every day I have ordered a simply sausage and EVERY day is was made made wrong..made on a biscuit, with egg, with double meat and cheese( ok to be fair that one I wasn't disappointed about. I don't understand how it could be messed up for 7 visits straight.. it's sausage and cheese on an English muffin! I went in to talk with a supervisor and she said she would talk with the employees. A free simply sausage would have been nice but I didn't complain and said thank you. I feel they have potential to be a much better Tim's... Fingers crossed for future growth!
