Random hours for the Deli, it's totally irritating. I loved this Deli and every time I stop by, it's always closed.

We usually have such a great experience here and have left good reviews. But my husband and I just ordered a sandwich and wing and let DoorDash deliver. The driver arrived with only the wings. What? He said, "Excuse me, they had no packages for the sandwich." My husband then called Kittery Foodmart and said what happened, and she said, "Sorry, we should call you and tell you." Basically, a person got their food and not the others. We would have been happy to call another place to eat!! Just crazy and no customer service! I understand that we are only locals and not tourists, and they are still so busy that they aren't?need? our sponsorship, but it just seems wrong. Too bad. The DoorDash type (Christian, super nice) felt so bad that he even offered to go to Anthony?s and get us a sandwich, but we were too angry. He was really nice. DoorDash might have a directive where the driver won?t deliver an incomplete order without calling the customer first?

I'm usually not one to write reviews, but I felt like this time. I had supplied food from this facility with Turkish as we have done several times in the last few weeks. The order has been made clear, please make sure Mayo to the Sub. It was delivered to me, and they did not write a Mayo on the sub-package... and safe enough no Mayo (which is good because mistakes happen. I understand. I worked for several years in industry). I just called to alert her what had happened and when the lady had answered the phone and I told her what happened, she was extremely rude about it and reacted with Well, what should I do about it in a very bad tone. I was just speechless with the way this employee spoke to me. I wasn't rude to her. Didn't scream about the situation. This review is not about food, but about the way I was treated. We just ordered a descent from there as we are new in the area. But I'll hesitate to go back just because she spoke to me.

Update the website and hours instead of being closed.

Always great customer service! Very grateful for them going above and beyond for me tonight. They have my favorite pizza, great prices, they are my preferred local convenience store! Thank you!!!
