The Pony And The Boat - KITTY HAWK

After searching for a nearby restaurant, I discovered The Pony and The Boat. Right from the beginning, I sensed that this was going to be a remarkable experience. The atmosphere was just right. Our server, Tre, was incredibly friendly and attentive to all our needs. His recommendations from the menu were perfect, and the food was simply outstanding. The entire experience felt surreal, and I left feeling appreciated and more than just another customer. Take my advice and try this place; you’ll be glad you did!

This restaurant is truly exceptional. We dined there four out of our seven nights on vacation. The owner is incredible, the staff is fantastic, and the food is incredible. Plus, the drinks are definitely worth the price. Each night, we tried something different, and the daily specials were also impressive. We will definitely be returning. It's a shame they don't offer overnight meals, because if they did, I would order dinner from there every night!

We made reservations for our first visit this week, and it was fantastic! We ordered the prime rib and the jumbo shrimp stuffed with crab meat, and both dishes were exceptional! For dessert, we indulged in the crème brûlée and red velvet cake, which were delicious as well. Overall, it was a great first experience, and we spotted several more menu items we'd like to try on our future visits. We will definitely be returning! I highly recommend making reservations, as the restaurant got quite busy while we were there.

This restaurant offers comfort food with a sophisticated touch. The rib roast and fried chicken were the standout dishes at our table. While the menu is on the pricey side, the portion sizes are generous. Our waitress was very friendly, and overall, we had a pleasant experience!

The description is spot-on. The comfort food here has a delightful twist. We started with the poutine, and for our main courses, we had the crab-stuffed jumbo shrimp and chicken mac and cheese. Everything was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place!
