Black Bear Diner Klamath Falls

Hair in food, multiple times, came here with my partner and they messed up our order twice, which was okay, probably just an off day, but then a friend came in and found hair in her to go order. waiters waitresses are extremely kind, fantastic people! but the cooks have been something else lately… my partner and i come in almost every week and its always fantastic, but recently its been a little nerve wracking..

Not very good food, had to wait for about 30 min to get table

Food was okay, I guess. Service was very poor. If I could rate this place a zero, I would.

Chilly and corn bread was great and stove hotter more than last time I went great job

We really enjoyed the food here. I had the cinnamon roll french toast (yummy). Gary had the build your own omelet, it has a lot of ingredients in it, soo good, said it,was one of the best he's had. We also ordered a slice of chocolate cake and an apple cobbler, I would really recommend the choc cake. The service today was really great, very pleasant and efficient. We will eat at a Black Bear again, as we travel north.
