I ask for extra teriyaki in my Chicken Teriyaki Bowl I got less than you would get for a normal order and tons of rice

We have made our order wrong, so we went back, even though the journey through and waited our turn he tried to pay us back. when we said no and said they understood it for the first time wrong. he said good, close the window.
