Drinks are great. Very willing bar staff to make crazy beverages. The place is beautiful inside with the lights lit up. Would highly recommend regular visits
Food was okay, service was okay. Wife and I wanted a date night, thought we would give it a try. Walked in and I guess we needed reservations. Hostess said we could wait 10 to 15 minutes we agreed, she came back said might be 25 to 30 minutes we asked if we could have a glass of wine while we waited. Then all of a sudden we were able to be seated. We both had prime rib... it was good. I think maybe they have to work out some service issues... bit I think it will be a great spot.
I really wanted to love the new location. It's in a great location for us that live on the east end of klamath. First the positive, we made last minute reservations and they had room. Arrived and were sat quickly. Server was very pleasant and did a good job. She took our drink order right away. Now the not so good: 10 minutes later we were told they are out of cranberry juice for the drink. So we reordered. At this time we tried to order our food. Tried to order tacos, they were out she said, tried to order nachos, nope out there too. Then she was told they had enough for one more order of tacos. So ordered that after all. Long wait later, not good. The the brisket was dry, it was covered in very watery tomatoes and have a way to sweet sauce. Not good at all. Asked for our check, paid and left. Hopefully growing pains for a new business....too bad I really wanted it to be good.
This rating is strictly on customer service as my husband and I were never seated. The restaurant opens at 4pm, my husband and I arrived at 4:15 and we 're awaiting for our group to arrive from a semi formal event. There was not one other person there. At 4:40 we went to grab a table for our group of 7 and the waitress said, we don 't like to take a group larger then 6, especially without a reservation. As I looked around the empty restaurant, she went to her reservation book looked at the date, which was empty, and said I 'll have to ask the guys in the back to see if they 'll consider making an exception for you. I said that 'd be great. She then told us again how they don 't like groups larger than six and before going to the back told us they ran out of steak (they just opened and it 's a Saturday night? and could only serve us pasta and burgers. At this point her tone wasn 't pleasant and truthfully I feel bad if anyone else ever experiences this. My family wanted to support a new local restaurant, the pictures on Facebook of their food looked good, but we were out to celebrate, dressed nice and ready to have a good meal after the customer service we decided to take our business elsewhere. Such a shame to be honest. I hope they work on their approach to customers. I guess we could 've asked for two tables close together one group of three, one group of four? I waited almost week to write this review and I still can 't figure out why we were treated this way.
We visited their inner-city location on a quiet night after their move from the previous spot. I’m so glad they’re back! I had the T-bone dinner, and my husband tried the smokehouse dish. Wow, the drinks were strong and incredible! Our server was fantastic, too. The owners even took the time to come out and chat with us, asking for our feedback. We really appreciate that the place feels personal and authentic. We love it here!
