The Chicken Shack - Klamath Falls

Unfortunate. Seems the last few times we have gone here the food is not as good as usual and the last 2 times we have door dashed from here the orders were wrong and missing items, like the last order was missing 4 out of 7 items. Sad… we really use to like this place.

It was gross. We did not get what we ordered. They would not do anything to fix it. The lady we spoke to was not very nice at all. Might never eat there again this has happened a few times now. It use to be my man's favorite but not now. I would not recommend eating here unless you won't the wrong food that costs an arm and a leg.

It's the first time I've gone, I went with my brother-in-law and I really liked the place even though I was there for a while because we ordered takeout, the burger and the fries are really good and don't lose their seasoning.....?? ???

The chicken tenders were good, had good flavor and the garlic fries were bomb. Giving 3 stars due to the Fiesta Salad having an ungodly amount of olives in it with bland, dry, non crunchy chicken.
