Feedback gevenThis evening I had no desire to go down to Klingenthal and decided to eat at my hotel's restaurant. The card in the entrance area next to the reception also had an additional card for the Pfifferlingsseason, which made this decision easy for me. The restaurant area in the house was barely frequented, only a few places were left on the terrace. I went outside and took a seat at one of the last free tables. Operation Little later a young service came to my table, greeted me and handed me the menu. Her light and yet insurmountable accent told me that she came from the southern neighboring country. Their appearance was friendly, but a little uncertain. The other lady in the service was significantly safer in her appearance, but not less friendly and attentive. The two operators had the terrace well under control, I could not see any longer waiting times than usual. Food The menu includes German and typical regional cuisine, this map is also available on the HP of the house. There was not the special card for the Pfifferlingsseason, from which I chose my favorites: “Schweinemedaillons im Speckmantel mit Pfifferlingssauce, Brokkoli und potatotasche mit Frischkäsebak” (14,80 € , plus a cellar beer (0,5l for 2,90 €). This was also promptly brought, shortly afterwards also a paper bag with cutlery and a napkin. A little later, the main dish was served. On the plate were three pork medallions wrapped with bacon and roasted nicely brown. In addition, a little broccoli, well cooked and still with bite. Half on the medallions then lay two potato bags, garnished the whole with a flower of hoodine resses, two cocktail tomatoes, a lemon slice and neat Balsamico painting. The meat was very delicate and tasty, the broccoli had not lost its own taste. The potato bags were convenience goods, but not bad. Overall very good and completely sufficient from the portion. Ambiance The furniture on the terrace was stable outdoor furniture with aluminium set, on the tables there were only salt and pepper shakers without any further decoration due to the wind. Cleanliness The terrace was well maintained and clean despite the wind blowing, there was also no reason to complain about glasses, plates and cutlery. I didn't visit the toilet, so no statement is possible.
Tonight I had no desire to go to Klingenthal and decided to eat at my hotel's restaurant. On the plate three pork medals were wrapped with bacon and beautiful brown roasted. In addition a little broccoli, well cooked and still with bite. Half of the medallions then lay two potato bags, the whole with a flower of the Capuchinerresses, two cocktail tomatoes, a lemon slice and ordinary Balsamico painting. The meat was very delicate and tasty, the broccoli had not lost its own taste. The potato bags were convenience goods, but not bad. Overall very good and completely sufficient from the section. We were not overnight, but just for a birthday dinner. Therefore my review only: It was plentiful, tasty and clean. The personal had always a smile on the lips and fulfilled additional wishes quickly. The only thing I didn't think was the appetizer salad. I usually don't eat appetizers to avoid breaking off at the main course. There was a very small salad made with half grass mushrooms, some vegetable grass... the salad itself consisted of 7 small leaves and the dressing didn't taste me personally. (to edgy, otherwise no tasteful depth) For this highlight: Gnocchi on sauce from dried tomatoes with rocket and parmesan. Absolute dream! We enjoyed our stay very much.
Food leaves some to wish. The price performance ratio of food is not always justified.
Incredibly nice team, extremely delicious food. Cute entertainment. There's nowhere else. I felt very comfortable. You're welcome.
