Moe's Southwest Grill - Knightdale

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! My nephew accidentally added cheese to his burrito (I'll take the blame for that). The manager, Michael, stopped by our table to check in and offered to remake my nephew's burrito, even though it wasn't the restaurant's fault. Within a minute, he returned with a fresh burrito! That was truly above and beyond! My family and I really appreciated it, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you!

This is our go-to Moe's location, so we visit it more frequently than any other. Overall, the restaurant is well-maintained and well-stocked. The restrooms are always kept clean. If you go during lunch or dinner rush, be prepared for a full house. The best value is on Mondays when they offer the "No Monday Deal," which includes a burrito, chips, and a drink for just $6.50. What I love most is the generous portion sizes; I always leave feeling very satisfied!

The food at Moe's is fantastic, but the interior leaves much to be desired. The salsa bar is quite unsanitary, and the floors and tables are in poor condition—they're torn and dirty, making them difficult to use.

This review is about the catering service at Moe's in Knightdale. I wasn't able to speak with anyone directly at the location, but communication was excellent throughout the process. The delivery was prompt and the presentation was pleasant. Everything we needed, from napkins and utensils to the little heating elements, was provided and ready to go. The gentleman who delivered our order was very friendly and professional, ensuring that we were satisfied with the setup before he left. The portions matched their descriptions perfectly, and we only had a little food left over. It was great to have a meal that everyone enjoyed without the hassle of preparation. My wife and I were both pleased with the experience and would definitely consider using their catering service again. Everyone particularly loved the chicken!
