Brewers Fayre Chapel Brook - Knowsley

Warm welcome from Clare Zoe. My wife I were greeted like long lost friends as soon as we walked in. We had been unable to go for months due to roadworks the bus stop being closed. Clare insisted on bringing our drinks over to save us. Food was excellent god value off the Daytime Value Menu. Brewers Fayre customer relations abysmal. I was 80 on 26th May should have received a free meal voucher through their Bonus Card. Contacted them on 27th again the other day. Only received automated replies stating they would respond to my query as soon as possible. We found out today that the pub is closing in a few weeks so looks like I will not get my free meal.

Enjoyed our family meal today. Good food and lovely cocktails made by Claire. Claire was wonderful, making and serving drinks, waiting on tables. Any work place would be lucky to have her working for them.

We have been here before for a buffet style breakfast where you can help yourself to what you like , we returned today to see that it had changed still you are able to choose as much as you like from the cold items , but are unable to help yourself to the hot items ,waited to have an order taken , which was quick but the quality has fallen , to what it use to be.

Easter fun with the grand kids. Came here Friday with my husband and our two grand kids in the play area. We absolutely loved it and the kids had a lovely time! Claire was the lady working in the play area and was lovely and really looked after us. Claire offered us a bouns card and even helped us sign up and register it. Lovely food too but absolutely wonderful service from Claire. Thank you so much.
