The cafe feels really fresh and cheerful with the use of yellow throughout and the food was quite enjoyable.

I don't like to give a bad review, but I think this place needs a wake up call.I live locally and my partner and I decided to have a late breakfast at a local cafe. Normally we would go for a bit of a drive and make a trip of it ... should have.My first impression was that it was a bit too trendy for this area.. ok, there's a bit of competition in the area 2. The menu was unreadable with words not in any language, or some kind of trying to be cute type of language algorithm.3 the toast that was served could have broken any dentists teeth. Sour dough they called it. More like stale dough.4. No one seemed to know what Worceshtershire sauce is. I asked for this with my fried tomato??Really?. I got some kind of chutney instead The savings sizes were quite ok. But that's about all I can say on a positive note.I cannot recommended and will not be going back.Bees Knees need to change to be competitive in this area.

Simple clean decor hides magnificent food. Wow, the food is amazing here as is the coffee. Best cafe in the whole of Fern Tree Gully. Reasonable prices and friendly efficient service. Large portion sizes. Been for dinner and breakfast and both were brilliant.

Came to try this cafe after a few recommendations from work people.. wasn't really sure about what to order, but wasn't disappointed at all!! The eggs Benny with pork was BRILLIANT! My niece loved her waffle too... and all other other food looked great too!Def now my cafe of choice in Mountain Gate - I'm so full as I write this, but will def be back to try more!

I met a friend for lunch last week and was pleasantly surprised by this new (to me) cafe at the hills end of Mountain Gate Shopping Centre. I had a crepe for $10.00 which was delicious. Gluten free choices are on the menu. Atmosphere was relaxed and decor tasteful. Service was very good and I look forward to returning.
