Mr & MRS Fish & Chips - Knox

I recently had a delicious meal of fish and chips at this cozy restaurant. I highly recommend it for a quick and satisfying meal if you happen to be in the area.

Good food and the staff were very good. I had a hamberger and chips before I made the technical bits for the 1812 theater.

New owners offer fast service with a smile. Batter on the fish is good -thin, light and crispy. Grilled fish not greasy. Chips are good. Damped dimsims a bit tight. Lemon included in the package. Appropriate prices and great variety in the menu. Some good packages

I sincerely hope that the owner reads this review. My experience at this fish and chip shop was extremely disappointing. Upon trying another fish and chip store in the area, I found that the chips were overly delicate, the scallops were raw, the batter fell apart and ended up staying in the bag, the grilled fish was cold and rubbery, and the fried dim sims were also cold and soggy. This was by far the worst fish and chips I have ever had, to the point where I had to throw it out as it was completely unappetizing.

Average fish and chips. The potato cakes used to be better. A little too much batter for my liking. Seems to be closed a lot recently too.
