They need to hire knowledgeable people in the shop that know what they’re doing and know how to talk to customers and not treat truck drivers like some bums. Every TA and Petro across the country is horrible. Very slow. Little kids would’ve been better than what they have.

Be careful when you buy from there make sure you put $0.00 on tips lady’s did tip herself $20 of the receipt I signed

Truckers be aware if you getting work done on your truck here, You could wait 11 hours before they can put your truck in bay. I checked in at 4am, 05/02/24 they told me it will be in the morning when they get to me.....I waited and waited and called them at 0900 and they told me in couple of hours, I said okay cool. Nop..... 12pm I called them back and they told me they only had 2 mechanics working and it could be in couple of hours AGAIN.!! I don't understand why not tell me that from the beginning and make me wait so long...so unprofessional. Well, I called someone else, and they came to me real quick.! SH Mobile Truck Repair. TA I will not bring my business to this location ever again.!

Worst experience ever, have a single outer trailer tire off the bead its been over 5 and a half hours since first contact, still no tire, no update, nothing. If i would have gone to loves i would have been done by now. This is why people hate TA’s

Why do I go into T.A. and 2 cashiers is talking store drama about another employee? Not even speaking to the customer they are ringing up. And when I say do you realize you have a customer I get attitude her saying I'm ringing you up ain't it. It's just rude and bad business
