Buddy's B-q - Knoxville

I wasn't even with Buddy. I ate lunch today and it was delicious! Great value too. The ride thru person who worked this afternoon at 2:00 was very nice and represents Buddy's fountain.

The pork was a bit dry and tough, but we had the most amazing dessert in the car. Unfortunately, my partner spilled his milkshake on our rental car and the server tried to assist us.

If you're in search of delectable BBQ and mouthwatering hot fudge cakes minus the pepper, look no further than Buddy's BBQ in Knoxville. Each table is equipped with white and black salt shakers, but don't expect much from the pepper. According to one young diner, "P.S., pepper doesn't want to be your BUDDY." Despite the lackluster pepper, the cozy and inviting atmosphere at this Buddy's location feels just like Grandma's living room. India, a friendly server, served up our fresh hot fudge cakes with a smile. Pro tip: Look for the one-sided booth where you're bathed in sunlight - it's a hidden gem. (Feeling like you're talking to a wall? Sit at the booth instead.)

Eat once at Buddy and you are tied to life. You must have asked my mom about her potato salad recipe. People are always nice.

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant. They serve the best BBQ in Knoxville! The prices are very reasonable, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly.
