Burger King - Knoxville

Shawnee provided excellent customer service; they greeted me warmly, asked how I was doing, and even brought my food out to me. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared quickly. My only complaint is that the condiments on the sandwich were messy and there was too much of them. I placed my order at 9:44 AM.

I really enjoyed my Whopper, but the fries were cold. The drink was excellent! My server and cashier were very friendly!

I typically give all fast food chains a three-star rating unless they offer something truly exceptional, whether it's in service, food quality, or cleanliness. This location is a standard Burger King at a rest stop. I decided to try the taco for the first time, but I wasn't impressed; it's quite greasy since the shell is deep-fried and has very little filling. On a brighter note, I tried the Impossible Whopper, which is entirely plant-based, and I found it to be well-executed and a great alternative to beef if that's what you're looking for. As for the chicken nuggets, they were just your average chicken nuggets.

I tried to use a coupon at this Burger King for 2 Whopper Jr's and 2 small fries for $3.99, but they wanted and Xtra $3 to add cheese. I walked out without ordering. I won't go back there even though it closest BK to my home.

Bad service. They don't use the mobile app, no drive through, rude employees, understaffed. Do not stop here.
