Chipotle Mexican Grill - Knoxville

Every time I visit this Chipotle, the staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly! I’ve never had a negative experience here, so it surprises me to see some unfavorable reviews. For those who have left bad feedback, it seems you may not have experience in the food industry. Complaining about unavailable items, slow service, or similar issues is unjustified, especially when the restaurant is clearly understaffed. The employees at Chipotle are juggling multiple roles in addition to their own duties, so there's really no reason to voice complaints. They are doing their utmost. If you find yourself unhappy, I’m sure they would gladly direct you to the online application for feedback.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the outdoor seating area is spacious. The establishment was clean, and everything was perfectly fresh.

I felt like I didn't get much value for my hard-earned money at this Chipotle. While my recent experiences here have shown some improvement, ongoing supply chain issues, rising costs, and portion sizes are likely to become significant challenges for the brand. It's hard to justify spending nearly $20 for a bowl with so few ingredients. I hope things start to change for the better.

Very nice location in the Cedar Bluff area. Seems to be frequented by business professionals and fairly busy at lunch time! I loved my burrito bowl, especially the new steak option! I wish they’d bring back chorizo. Pro tip, the large Chips and guacamole is enough to feed 2+ adults.

First impression was no one smiled. At all. Employees just looked at me as I walked in and to the counter. Waited a minute to be waited on and even then, no smile or greeting just what can I get you? . Then I looked down at the food... Looked dry and counter was dirty. There was a girl mopping so the floor was clean. Almost changed my mind and walked out but I remembered I read the Health Department inspections for this week and I don 't recall seeing them having any problems. So I placed my order and got out of there pretty quickly because the vibe just wasn 't good and welcoming. It was almost like when they felt having a customer in the store was an inconvenience. It was really weird. The cashier girl was friendly, but even a hint of a smile would have made her more pleasant. The food was good enough. Just a little dry, but not as much as I expected it would be. This could have been a 5 star review if they were a little more engaged in the customer service area and the food and food prep area looked better. But I give 3 for having everything I wanted, tasted pretty good, good portion sizes, and the cashier was nice.
