Cici's Pizza - Knoxville

The staff was friendly and that is the only decent thing. I wish I would have listened to the reviews and just went somewhere else. Like many of the others, I haven't eaten here in years and honestly I remember it being decent. Boy could I not be more wrong. The whole restaurant is filthy for starters, the pizza looks like they dip in a bucket of grease before they put it out, and the cinnamon rolls are about half raw. They make little Caesars look like a 5 star restaurant. I was literally using a napkin to dab the grease off my one piece of pizza that I ate. Sure people will argue that it's cheap and so on, but I shouldn't have to wonder if I'll get food poisoning if I eat the food. I wish the health inspector could have been there tonight to see the state of the restaurant. My recommendations, heed my warning and everyone else's. We ain't kidding when we say it is filthy, and it's also not good food. It lacks flavor, and I only gave the staff two stars because being nice alone doesn't get you five stars. They should have to keep the place clean at least

Came for my birthday free buffet reward.The app states it’s good for 14 days, and still redeemable on the app. But they stated they only accept it the day of.Been going to other locations for years, first time getting rejected.

Went here with my daughter and grandkids. It's true, you get what you pay for. Haven't eaten here in years and not impressed. Kids liked it but the quality was poor and staff didn't seem pleased when we asked to put a pepperoni pizza on the buffet. It is what it is, the bare minimum.

Terrible customer service. Refused to make an order for us because their website didn’t properly put it through but I showed her the confirmation number and the receipt and everything that could possibly proved I purchased this order but she would do absolutely nothing to help me and even told me “I have to get back to work” as if I wasn’t an actual customer and just a waste of her time. And I still haven’t received a full refund for the order I never got to eat and I’ve tried contacting them multiple times I’ve contacted “slice” and I have had to submit a complaint to the corporate office at this point just to hopefully get my stolen money back. Avoid this place.

Pleasantly surprised ! Had not eaten here in years. Food was fresh and appetizing. Good variety. Hot items hot and cool items cool. Would eat here again for a quick meal.Vegetarian options: Has a salad bar and veggie pizza.Parking: Lors of space
