Cook Out - Knoxville

Usually their food is great, however this time I couldn't even eat half. It was not at all as it should had been. Everyone has an off night though.

Food and shake was really good.. still not having dine in service available l, honestly is s real shame.

My burger was pink the second time coming here after being treated poorly by the employees at the drive thru. Disgusting, I shouldn’t have to go through this to feed me and my children !

Wasn't impressed with Cook Out from all the stuff we have heard. Maybe its just this location but the but prices for the portion sizes is not worth it. The location had the lobby closed and had a window with some outside seating. Staff was not the friendliest or helpful either. Food taste good but nothing that would make us really want to go back.

There was nothing else open! The line was so long ..But we really got to fill up for our long drive and a variety of neat little sides...we were happy. The only thing was they messed up my husband's order. Comple meal for two under twenty bucks.
