Cook Out - Knoxville

I asked for extra orange push-up flavor in my milkshake and, when I got it, it was straight plain vanilla ice cream. When I went back through to ask for the flavoring to put in it myself, as I know they can’t take my milkshake back through the window to put the flavor into it themselves, after apparent heated debate, I was handed two ounces of orange soda instead of the flavoring I asked for in the first place. What a horrible, horrible display of customer service and order fulfillment. 1/10 I WILL NEVER EAT AT COOKOUT AGAIN.

Absolutely terrible restaurant and employees. The workers are inconsiderate, rude, and act like they have the hardest, most painful jobs in the world. I received very little of my desired side item. The worst part of the experience was the drinks that were ordered. We received soda water. Literal SODA WATER. The soda machines were obviously not maintained. This store has always been a mess. The workers need to fix their attitudes and stop whining, and the managers have a lot of problems to fix. This business is absolutely pathetic.

This place has the best shakes hands down! The banana pudding shake is always my go-to. I have moved from Tennessee to Texas and really miss having Cook Out near. I go several times during my visits. They have cheap eats as well.Vegetarian options: I usually get the cheese quesadilla. It's always good.

It’s always fast to get your food after you place the order! Food always has a good taste! But the milkshakes is where it’s at! It also has a double drive through as well! The employees are always super nice!

Food is always under cooked. Employees aren't very nice. Leave you sitting at the speaker so they get better time on their food. My chicken was fried in fish oil. Awful food. ?
