Dead End Bbq - Knoxville

I visited for dinner and the restaurant was very busy, resulting in a longer wait for our food. I ordered the Mac Attack and fried okra. The sandwich was outstanding, featuring barbecue pulled pork and macaroni and cheese on sourdough bread. However, the fried okra was not made in-house, so it was just average. My friend had the wings and really liked them! We will definitely return!

One of the best BBQ restaurants in Knoxville! I recently tried their pork BBQ nachos for the first time, and they were fantastic. If you enjoy BBQ quesadillas, you'll find those to be equally delicious.

Fantastic! As a Texan, I take pride in our BBQ, but I have to say that Dead End's brisket is the best I've had in a long time. The chips were crispy, the sauce was excellent, and the creamed corn was the best I've ever tasted, hands down. The prices are great and the staff is very friendly. It really doesn’t get better than this. I give it a perfect 10 out of 10 and would definitely come back for more. Thank you all!

Burnt ends were outstanding. Moist, caramelized with enough fat to be unctuous. The Mac and pimento was very good. All three of the house BBQ sauces were the best. Unfortunately George?s competition chicken is dried out. How does one dry out a thigh?! Ribs also dried out???????????. The smoked bologna tasted grilled but no smoke. Also nothing was served hot, just warm.

I ordered the burnt ends, and they were delicious! My sister and brother-in-law visited from Illinois; he tried the Bernie Mac while my sister had the Mac Attack. They both raved about their meals. This place never disappoints!
