The atmosphere exuded country charm, creating a comfortable setting, and the music playlist perfectly complemented our meal. The food was incredibly tasty and received unanimous praise from everyone at the table. I personally loved the Irish Cottage Pie—it was rich and savory. The Scotch eggs were packed with flavor, and the others had the Fish 'n Chips, which reminded my British mum of home due to their deliciousness!
Without a doubt, this was the best meal we’ve had in a long time. We traveled from Middle Tennessee to celebrate our one-year anniversary and were treated like family. The drinks were delightful, the atmosphere was genuine and cozy, and the food was exceptional! My husband is quite particular about his meats, and he insists this was the best pork chop he’s ever tasted! I’m truly impressed. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is truly one of a kind! Don’t miss the opportunity to dine at Finn's; it will change your perspective! Thank you, John and your team! And a big shoutout to the chef!
I visited this restaurant on a Wednesday night and had a wonderful experience. We were seated at a lovely corner table with just the right volume of music playing in the background, and our waiter was incredibly attentive. The hummus was fantastic, and although I'm not a big meat eater, I tried my wife’s corned beef and found it quite delicious. The decor featured old photos and historical information about the Baker Peters house, adding a nice touch to the atmosphere. They also offer a variety of draft beer options. I was impressed by the renovations since it operated as the Baker Peters Jazz Club. We will definitely be returning!

Finn is definitely a restaurant I frequented during my time in Knoxville, and that speaks volumes about the experience it offers. Situated in the historic Baker Peters House, Finn is a unique blend of charm and history, serving thoughtfully crafted meals, expertly curated drinks, and respected live music almost every night. While the live music can sometimes steal the spotlight, it would be a mistake to overlook the food. Finn consistently delivers mouthwatering Irish-inspired dishes, including corned beef, fish and chips, and shepherd's pie. Among my personal favorites are the Guinness smoked pig dog, corned beef and cabbage, Lachs-Leap, and the filet mignon. Each dish is prepared with care, accompanied by delicious glazed carrots and homemade mashed potatoes. These meals truly enhance my dining experience and make Finn one of my top choices in the area.
