Firehouse Subs 394 - Knoxville

I absolutely love dining at this restaurant! I actually make the drive to Knoxville to eat here since there isn't one nearby. They serve the best sandwiches you'll find anywhere. The staff is fantastic and goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. Plus, the restaurant is very clean.

I eat at Firehouse all the time but I had never been to this location. This was the best Firehouse I've ever visited. My wife and I are both Hook and Ladder sandwich fans and we both agree the sandwiches were much better at this location. I don't know what the difference was, but they just tasted really good. Also, the staff was working killer hard and they were building sandwiches very quickly. They are much more efficient at this location that other locations I've visited. This is a well-managed location. I saw both the manager and assistant manager working very hard cleaning tables, emptying trash, whatever it took to keep things going. That's What I Call Great management.

Super polite here. I had a pastrami sub and mac n cheese! It was toasted and straight up delicious.

The food was excellent, but the prices are on the higher side, making it hard to afford. Overall, it was a delightful experience!
