Firehouse Subs Cumberland Ave.

Absolutely the best Firehouse I have ever been to. The staff is what makes it so awesome. We place a large order once a year for a school trip, and the same staff members are there every year when I go to pick it up. The manager said he has been there 8 years! Super kind and helpful!

It was a decent cheese steak Philly sandwich but nothing special. I was happy with the service.

It was my birthday sub! The service was outstanding! The employees were super nice helped me with the app since I haven't used it before but the sub itself I had a meatball sub one of the Meatballs was burnt the sauce tasted old and the cheese left a bad taste in my mouth very disappointed with the subFood: 2/5

Bad customer service. Horrible employees..Lady didnt want to take any more orders because it was getting busy. Definitely takes their time on making simple sandwiches. Even for doordash orders. They should be ready upon arrival. Not 30 mins after waking in the door..

OMG slowest of the entire franchise... 18 minutes for a sandwich while the kids move at the speed of SLUG. I'll never be back to this one EVER. Half of my sandwich had no meat.... For a $9 sandwich I would at least expect some meat. Manager just makes excuses......
