Five Guys - Knoxville

First time having 5-guys and, my God, it was delicious! The burgers were grilled and freshly made, not frozen patties on a broiler. I ordered a cheese burger with grilled mushrooms, onions, and mayo. It was juicy, cheesy, and so good! The fries were so delicious, and though we ordered 2 small fries, we had a literal bag of fries! The staff was kind and enthusiastic, the lobby was clean, and the drink station was clean and stocked. Very impressed and happy with my meal!

What can I say? Who doesn't love five guys.. but the employees make this location even better. It feels like a six guys!

Best fast food burger, too bad not hormone free beef- when will management get with the times....fast, convenient, good service. Great fries too...

I've been to Five Guys in over 20 states and never had such a horrendous experience. The staff wanted to charge me OVER $50 for a SINGLE BURGER because they don't understand how their own computer system works, they told me they have to ring in a full burger order for any additional patties, despite showing them a receipt from another Five Guys showing multiple extra patties can be added (and trying to walk them through the process). They made zero effort to understand the issue, or deliver a decent customer experience.

Burgers was not cooked well I can't say the fries was that great either so unfortunately I want eat no more five guys not the 5 star Burgers ? $27 for 2 burgers and 1 fry not worth it at all!
