I will never ever go to this location again!! They charged for the wrong thing then locked my mother in laws card and said "oh sorry I locked your card now get out of my drive thru "I will never ever go here again. NEVER!! YOU DONT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT!!

There was no one in the drive thru and when we first pulled up it took 5 mins to get someone to answer us and then they didn't have cheese then we waited for 20 mins for just 24 krystalsFood: 4/5

So my son really wanted krystals last night. I pulled up to the speaker at 8:05p.m with 3 cars ahead of me in line. I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes before anyone ever greeted me. I gave the benefit of the doubt and placed my order and started to pull around. I then waited another 30 minutes before I decided to go somewhere else. I understand places may be short staffed, but while waiting at the speaker it would have been nice and saved myself and the employees time if I were notified that there was going to be a significantly long wait. I just felt there wasn't much professionalism there last night.

I can't believe the changed the Chilli recipe! The Chilli use to be amazing . But , since they changed it it sucks ! And a slider that size shouldn't be that expensive! I miss the Krystal that use to be !!Food: 2/5
