Mr Gatti's - Knoxville

Gatti Pizza can be inconsistent when it comes to service quality, and ever since the pandemic, it seems to have declined. Some items on the menu, like the cheese sticks, can be quite good, but only when they're fresh. Unfortunately, some staff members have embraced a post-pandemic attitude where personal comfort takes priority over customer service, and it's evident in their approach. If you're looking for a better experience, I recommend Pizza Inn nearby in Powell. They offer excellent service, fresh pizza on a buffet, and overall superior quality compared to Gatti Pizza.

The pizza was absolutely delicious! Although it was quite busy, they made sure the buffet was always well-stocked. I can't wait to visit again and request some special pizzas. The arcade area was much larger than we anticipated, complete with prizes you can redeem with tickets from the games. It brought back fond memories from my childhood! This is a fantastic spot for our kids, and we will definitely be returning!

The pizza options were limited to just pepperoni and cheese, which wasn't ideal. The tables quickly became cluttered with dirty dishes since there was nowhere to place them, and the staff didn't come to collect them until after the party had concluded. Additionally, be sure to bring your own plates and silverware for the cake! Many of the games were either broken or malfunctioning, resulting in no tickets being dispensed or them taking our money without working properly. By the end of the event, my son was quite unhappy, as were many of the parents. I would recommend avoiding this place and spending your $200 somewhere more worthwhile.

Well, if you like Pizza Inn then come on over! It's very good food with a very good salad bar and very good Pizza selection. You don't have as much crowds to deal with and you get your own pizza plus drinks. I love the self serve and game room is great foryour kids. Also bonus better price than Pizza Inn ??

The pizza is good, but almost every table was dirty with dishes from people who had left. They weren't busy so it's not because they were too busy to clean them. There was one little guy cleaning the tables, but he moved at a snail's pace. There weremultiple workers behind the counter just talking and laughing and hanging out. It seemed like the entire staff were teenagers,no adult in sight. We love Mr. Gatti's pizza, but the service could definitely be better.
