Nama Sushi Cedar Bluff - Knoxville

The service was excellent—our server, Katelyn, was wonderful. However, the sushi isn't as good as it used to be. We're not sure if we’ll return.

This restaurant never disappoints. The sushi rolls are enormous! Don’t be deterred by the prices on the menu; you get a lot of food for your money. The beer is always fresh and served cold as well! It's a great spot for either lunch or dinner. Food: 5/5

The sushi at this restaurant is exceptional; I've visited four times, and each visit has proven the sushi to be very, very good. However, I unfortunately tried the drunken noodles, and they were truly disappointing. The noodles were cold, doughy, and clumped together, making for an unappetizing dish. The portion was small and lacked sufficient sauce. When I asked my server if this was the usual preparation, she confirmed that it was. Additionally, the sign out front has been advertising their drunken noodles for about four months now, which seems odd. If I were in their position, I wouldn't be showcasing those noodles at all.

Completely overpriced, average sushi with less than average service. Waited a good 5 minutes for someone to notice us at the front; then he took us to a dirty table and made us wait while he cleaned it. The place was nearly empty, he couldn’t seat us elsewhere? Two average rolls, one tea, one order of unagi $58! Other sushi bars offer complimentary miso and a salad, if you want that here it’s going to cost you.
