Papa Johns Pizza - Knoxville

I order from this restaurant about once a week, and the quality can be inconsistent. The pizza is usually good, but there have been times where it has been overcooked, cold, or made with the wrong cheese. I am aware that retaining employees can be difficult right now, so I try to be understanding and tip the drivers well.

The food was excellent. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and wings. However, the delivery was slow, taking about an hour even though we placed the order at 10:00 pm.

I order from here about once a week and the quality is very hit or miss. Usually the pizza is good, but there were several places that it was overcooked, cold or the wrong cheese was used. I understand that it's hard to keep employees so I try to reduce them and tap the driver a reasonable amount.

This is by far the worst pizza I have ever received from Papa John's. My entire household ordered a few pizzas last night and they tasted like frozen pizza. I'm not sure if it was the old ingredients or if this is how it actually tastes now, but everyone in my family agreed we will never order from Papa John's again. Just thinking about it gives me chills. Hey!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I live 7 minutes away from there and they refuse to deliver to my address. they have lost my business, that is sure where, as before, they had no problem to deliver here. very sad.
