Starbucks - Knoxville

Recommend, fast and friendly and accurate. Stopped by before my road trip and was very delighted to have started my day off right. The service was one of the friendliest and sure followed good with a fresh brew and pastry. Recommend a visit to this local Starbucks as they do a fine job.

The staff at this location is absolutely wonderful, they always and I mean ALWAYS have a welcoming personality. If my coffee doesn’t taste right they fix it with a smile and not just the “customer service” smile where they are forced to do it. They have a genuine smile! They make my days so much better!!! I really hope they see this and know that they are the absolute BEST!!! Thank you ladies and gents for being all you do!

They have improved greatly with the newer staff. The old staff would Rude the new staff is much better the only downside is they close early and run you out I E 9 p.m.

Our order was right and service was great. The baristas on duty today were friendlier than some others I've met. We enjoyed the opportunity to play along with the poll on the community board.

Outstanding service and awesome coffee in a relaxed atmosphere. What more could you want on a cold winter morning?
