Feedback gevenI was a bit disappointed with one of my favorite spots. All I wanted was a Venti white chocolate mocha with sweet cream foam, mocha drizzle, caramel drizzle, and caramel crunch on top. Unfortunately, after two attempts, they still didn't get it right. I was so taken aback that I didn’t have the energy to wait for a third correction, especially after the long wait time. Additionally, they messed up my wife's order, which was supposed to be a grande strawberry frappé with just Java chips and caramel drizzle. Instead, she received it with chocolate milk powder and cinnamon dolce toppings. Overall, I wasn't pleased with the service today.
I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with the attitude of the manager, whom I believe is named Ashley. I've seen numerous instances of how she treats customers and belittles her staff. These employees have a tough job, and I've come to realize that Starbucks does not seem to support them with any form of ethics or recognition. It's disappointing that a corporation as large as Starbucks fails to hire the right kind of managers to oversee their stores. As a long-time customer at the merchants' exit location, along with my tennis group, we've decided to stop visiting and purchasing any Starbucks products. Today, we learned that our favorite hardworking barista was fired, which has solidified our decision to no longer support Starbucks. Starbucks needs to prioritize the well-being of their baristas, as they are the ones who make the company profitable. Without them, there wouldn't be a successful Starbucks.
I was disappointed by my experience at this Starbucks. The staff, particularly the two baristas at the front, were quite rude. I would understand if they were overwhelmed with customers, but my sister and I were the only ones there at the time. I've never had a problem with Starbucks before, but it seems that every time I visit this location, the staff has a negative attitude, almost as if they dislike their jobs. I hope they can improve. This was at 11:00 am on December 8th.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with.Fresh coffee, excellent breakfast sandwiches. Friendly staff.
