Subway - Knoxville

This is an excellent spot for lunch. I usually come in expecting a healthy sandwich, but they also have fantastic breakfast options.

The staff is consistently polite, and the food area looks very clean. I would have rated them 5 stars, but I was surprised when the first 'half' scoop of tuna was served, and then I was asked if I'd like an additional scoop for 50 cents more. It might be better to provide a proper, full scoop right from the start.

The only employee there was fantastic and quick! I really loved the sandwiches!

Flies buzzing around and landing on food prep area. Can 't do nothing about that was the response. I ate elsewhere.

The lunch staff at this subway is phenomenal would gladly go every day
