The Cheesecake Factory - Knoxville

The Knoxville location has been extremely difficult to get into, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance. Yes even for those off times you think they have. Our meal was delicious though we only took pics of the cheesecake. Everything was superb. Flavorful, presented well, and our server was fantastic and helpful. Worth it! The cheesecake with the cherry is the pineapple upside down cake. The one with the graham cracker is the S 'mores with marshmallow.

Decent food but way over priced in my opinion. $4 each for soft drinks is so high. Everything else is priced high as well. Can get much better food for less money at many other restaurants. Glad I had the experience of eating here but will probably not be back.

It was a bustling lunch crowd on a weekday, but I was seated promptly and the service was excellent. I had a chance to taste a bit of everyone’s meal, and everything was quite delicious. The sweet potato enchiladas were filled with perfectly roasted sweet potatoes, making it an excellent choice for vegetarians. However, the black beans had a charred flavor, and the rice was rather plain. The chicken and biscuits were enjoyable; while I wasn't a fan of the biscuit, the chicken was well-seasoned, and the pot pie gravy was so good that it could be enjoyed as a soup on its own. The meatloaf was slightly overcooked on the edges for my liking, but once you got through that, it was hearty and flavorful. The mashed potatoes had a rustic, lumpy texture, but they were still quite good. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with tasty food.

Our server, John, was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and it was clear he had been with the company for many years. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious! I had the lunch portion of the meatloaf, which was so generous that I ended up taking leftovers home. I can only imagine the size of the dinner portion! I also ordered the Adam’s peanut butter cup fudge ripple cheesecake for my husband, and it was absolutely delicious! Thank you for a wonderful lunch with my friend today! I will definitely be returning!

We made a reservation and arrived right on time, allowing us to bypass a crowd of about 20 people waiting for a table. I definitely recommend making reservations during busy meal times. Our waiter was very polite and attentive. I ordered the mushroom swiss burger, and it was fantastic. The mushrooms were fresh, large, and grilled to perfection. The burger patty was thick and cooked to a perfect medium-well. Both the salad and fries were also quite delicious. The Ranch dressing had a nice hint of garlic, which I really enjoyed. Then came the cheesecake. My wife and I shared a slice of the celebration cheesecake, and it was amazing. We were so full that we had to leave some behind because we simply couldn't eat another bite. I highly recommend this restaurant and absolutely love their cheesecake!
